Tanssor Research is currently operated by an individual; formal business registration is pending. These terms describe actual current practice and will be finalized with full entity/governing-law details once registration is complete.

What you're buying

A Buyer Intelligence Note: a written analysis of one specified public buyer or tender, built from official procurement records, delivered as an HTML document within 5 working days of us confirming the buyer/tender reference and the decision it's for. Price is €349 per Note (see current pricing on the homepage, which governs if it ever differs from this page).

Refund guarantee

Refund without argument. If any part of your Note isn't useful for the decision you commissioned it for, reply within 7 days of delivery and it's refunded in full — no follow-up questions, no forms.

What a Note is not

A Note is market intelligence built from public records — not legal advice, not bid-submission advice, and not a guarantee of any bid or tender outcome. Decisions made using a Note are yours; our liability in connection with any Note is limited to the fees you paid for it.

Usage rights

A delivered Note is for internal use by you and your organisation for the bid decision it was commissioned for. It isn't licensed for resale, redistribution, or publication without our written agreement — ask if you want to do something outside that.

Accuracy and corrections

Every claim is labelled with how well-supported it is — see Methodology. Official records themselves can be incomplete or, rarely, wrong; where we later find an error in a delivered Note, we'll tell you and correct it, consistent with our public correction policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time before delivery for a full refund by emailing research@tanssor.com. After delivery, the refund guarantee above applies.
