What we collect
- If you email us (to ask a question, commission a Note, or reply to an outreach email): your name and email address, and whatever you write to us. Kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and, if you become a customer, to deliver and support your order.
- If we email you first (based on your public professional role at a business): your business name, email, and a record of what was sent and whether you replied — kept so we don't email you again unnecessarily and so we honour any opt-out immediately. You were not added via a form or a purchased list.
- If you buy a Note: payment is handled by PayPal directly — we don't receive or store your card or bank details ourselves.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We don't run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this website itself.
- We don't use your email content to train any model beyond producing your own Note.
Email opens
Emails we send you (cold outreach, or a Note delivery) may include a small, self-hosted open-tracking image, so we know whether an email reached and was opened — not who forwarded it, not what you did afterward, and not shared with or run through any third party. If you'd rather we didn't track opens on emails to you, say so and we'll stop.
Your rights
Email research@tanssor.com any time to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted — including asking to never be contacted again. We'll action it directly; there's no automated system in between.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes (e.g. basic analytics is added later), this policy will be updated first and the change will be dated above.
