Can I see a real Note before I pay for one?
Yes — Note #001 and Note #002 are the complete, unredacted deliverable, free to read, no signup.
How is this different from a procurement database or dashboard?
A dashboard gives you numbers to browse across many buyers. A Note is a verified answer to one specific bid decision, with every claim traced to a source and labelled by confidence — see Methodology.
What if a Note has an error, or isn't useful?
If any part of it isn't useful for the decision you commissioned it for, reply within 7 days of delivery and it's refunded in full — no follow-up questions, no forms. See Terms for the full policy.
How fast is delivery?
Within 5 working days of confirming the buyer/tender and what decision the Note is for. A 20-minute scoping call is available on request before you commit.
How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?
Payment is via PayPal. You'll get a PayPal invoice for the order, usable for expense claims and bookkeeping. Tanssor Research isn't currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Email research@tanssor.com before ordering if your finance process needs something specific on the invoice and we'll check it can be accommodated.
What countries and sources do you cover?
Any EU/EEA buyer via TED. National registry resolution (for confirming buyer/winner legal identity) is live for the Czech Republic, Netherlands and Bulgaria, with more countries being added — ask if yours isn't listed yet. Full source list on Methodology.
Is a Note legal or bid-submission advice?
No. A Note tells you what the official record shows and what it plausibly means. Whether and how to bid is your call, made with your own legal/commercial advice.
What happens to my email if I contact you?
Used only to respond to you and, if you buy a Note, to deliver it. Never sold or shared. Details on Privacy.
Can I request a Note on a buyer or country not listed?
Ask — research@tanssor.com. Coverage depends on official-record availability for that country; we'll tell you honestly if we can't do it well rather than force a thin Note.
